I’m Rachèl Post, founder of Makor. What I do at Makor is the result of a common thread that has run through my life. From my childhood, through my psychology studies, and over 20 years of work experience, I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior: observing, analyzing, and getting to the core of what drives people with real empathy and showing genuine interest in others. I now use this passion to help both individuals and organizations grow by making a deep connection.

Makor means "source" in Hebrew, and that’s exactly what it’s about: the source of behavior and motivations, both for individuals and within organizations. Everything I do starts from that core, helping businesses and people tap into their full potential.
